The weathership foundation: a shared protocol, scheduler, warehouse, and governance record. Independent engines attach over gRPC; workloads land in YuniKorn, Airflow, and Metaflow; data lives in Kudu and Iceberg, queried through Impala and PostgreSQL.

Deterministic supervisor for federated workspaces.

An agent-free Rust supervisor. Each project ships a zndx.supervision.v1 instance; Nautilus loads that tree, observes every process, stamps positions, keeps a Brier-scored ledger, and escalates what determinism cannot settle to the engine's Overwatch.

A cognition engine and terminal for graph-oriented data domains.

The reference federated engine. Projects high-dimensional embeddings onto a 19×19 grid, runs topological and geometric analysis, and speaks signals-protocol so the rest of the lattice can discover its surfaces, workloads, and data products.

Hierarchical sequence modeling with dynamic chunking.

The instruct engine on the Signals lattice. A hierarchical sequence model for semantic column annotation and cross-table data-element discovery on relational data.

Fragment-gated OWL reasoner that lowers certified axioms to SHACL and SQL.

A Rust engine born of the truce between speed and trust. It refuses constructs outside a pinned fragment, emits machine-checkable refutation proofs, and projects HermiT-certified OWL into SHACL shapes and proof-carrying DDL — the relational half of OWL ⊨ SKOS ⊨ SHACL.

Agentic classification workbench for column-level governance.

The referee engine on the Signals lattice. An interactive workbench that fuses six evidence sources through Dempster–Shafer belief functions to produce uncertainty-quantified column classifications.

Reproducible ontology-grounded corpora for data-governance models.

Independently-versioned home for the Signals Data Governance corpora. Each commit is a coherent snapshot of the OWL ⊨ SKOS ⊨ SHACL chain and the relational schema projected from it.
